Enhance your connection to nature and your authentic self. Join me for facilitated walks on Wednesdays after work. Experience nature’s healing presence through a facilitated mindful walk.
Different from a regular walk, I will guide you in easy-to-follow ways that significantly enhance your relaxation and sense of peace. It’s quite powerful, even for people who have struggled with other relaxation methods. Learn to use the power of your senses combined with mindful awareness to feel refreshed and energetically alive after your work day.
We will walk out in the open space of Hadley, where the feeling of big sky is present. Each week will focus on a slightly different aspect of experiencing nature, often dependent on what the weather presents. There will be an emphasis on experiencing the openness, luminosity, and visual diversity of the sky, but we will have opportunities to connect deeply with all aspects of the landscape, including spending time along the Connecticut River. This is primarily a meditative practice and we will always be walking on well-worn paths. There is room for about ten participants, and if there is sufficient interest I will set up another group for a different day of the week.

Increasing Mindful Awareness in Nature
Four session package to feed your well being, gain deeper connection in nature and start developing mindful awareness skills. This is a good package for exploring doing ongoing transformation work with Chris Page.

Sustaining Transformation with Ongoing Practice in Nature
Do you want to make deep and substantial change? Ongoing weekly or bi-weekly sessions are the best way to develop new and sustainable life changing patterns.
The ability to change our core responses to the world requires establishing consistent, positive and focused mental habits. Careful attention to nature is one of the ways to help us re-pattern our habits of mind and heart. Long term work better allows new habits of thought to take root.
Through repeated exposure to the power and beauty of nature and particularly the sky, new pathways begin to open and old patterns can fade away. The continuous creative unfoldment of the sky massages your consciousness into new states of awareness. Below are some of ways long term work can improve your life.

Learning to mindfully attend to our experience in nature often takes time to establish as a practice. As part of your ongoing session work you will be encouraged to establishing your own practice through developing techniques with independent outside of session practice recommendations. You will learn to conciously use differet modalities of perception and awareness, learn to notice your wandering mind and bring it back to the environment and your senses.
